404 address log
The log contains only requests that did not resolve to a resource in your store. Technical failures are not exposed in the store dashboard.
Purpose
Review addresses where customers could not find a page or another resource.
How it works
- Record 404 addresses automatically with their occurrence time.
- Search by missing address and change the number of entries per page.
- Ignore selected path patterns to reduce irrelevant entries.
Step-by-step configuration
- In the store dashboard, open Add-ons and then 404 address log.
- Start or stop recording missing addresses.
- Find the address in the list, fix an outdated link or add an ignore pattern.
