Run bulk inventory operations
An employee can preview and execute bulk stock adjustments for products and variants in the current store.
Where to find it in the panel
Logistics → Inventory → Bulk operations
What you can do
- Filter the products and variants included in a planned adjustment.
- Preview the result and increase, decrease, or set stock for multiple items in one operation.
What you cannot do
- Change global inventory settings.
- Create or edit automatic adjustment schedules.
Additional requirements
- The employee account must be active and explicitly have the “Bulk inventory operations” permission.
Data scope
The operation covers selected product and variant stock and the adjustment history in the current store.
After the permission is removed
Further previews or bulk saves are denied; adjustments already performed are not reversed.
