Store security and recovery
Critical store access operations require an additional identity confirmation.
Purpose
The owner can securely recover dashboard access, change its address, review account sessions or temporarily disable the store.
How it works
- Start an operation for a specific store in the Shopently Panel.
- Confirm your account password and a one-time code sent by email before the change is executed.
- You can disable IP protection, recover the store owner account, change the dashboard address or temporarily disable the store.
- The owner's full email address is shown once for no more than 60 seconds. Closing the window or refreshing the page requires a new verification.
- The current dashboard address is always visible for the store. After a change, the new address can be copied or opened immediately.
- The operation affects only the selected store, and its history also shows the source IP address.
- In My account, you can review active sessions and login history and end another session of your own. IP address history is retained for 12 months.
Step-by-step configuration
- Sign in to the Shopently Panel and open your store list.
- Open security settings for the correct store.
- Select an operation, confirm your current password and enter the code received by email.
- Wait for completion confirmation. After changing the dashboard address, use the newly displayed link.
- Regularly review devices in My account and end any session you do not recognize.
