- Allows staff to configure provider and sender, templates, status assignments, test sends and message retries.
What you cannot do
- Does not allow staff to read saved SMTP passwords or access mail outside the current store.

- Values must pass form validation and apply to the current store.
Data scope
Covers delivery settings, sender identity, templates, assignments and recent messages in the current store.
After the permission is removed
After revocation, further protected access and saves are denied; existing settings remain unchanged.
