View orders
An employee with this permission can view the order list and order details in the current store. They cannot change them.

What you can do
- View the order list, use filters and move between result pages.
- Open the details of an individual order.
- Check saved customer, company, delivery, payment, scheduling and comment information.
- View order items, variants, personalisation details, prices, discounts and the VAT summary.
What you cannot do
- Change customer, company, delivery, payment, scheduling or comment information.
- Change an order fulfilment status or payment status.
- Add, edit or remove order items.
- Delete orders.
- Open the customer's IP address or security history.
Additional requirements
- An employee account must be active and the View orders permission must be assigned explicitly in Team.
- Owners and administrators receive access through their role. This operation does not require another permission.
Data scope
High-visibility data includes contact details, company details, delivery address, payment information, the customer comment and saved order-item details. Access only applies to the current store. The customer's IP address and security history require a separate permission.
After the permission is removed
After the permission is removed, the next protected request, such as refreshing the list or opening order details, is denied. Removing access does not change existing orders.
