What you can do

  • Change category data and parent, and bulk-enable or disable categories.

What you cannot do

  • It does not allow creating categories or running bulk deletion.

Additional requirements

  • An active employee account must have this permission assigned explicitly in Team.
  • The operation at the listed URL does not check another permission.

Data scope

The scope covers content, tree position and visibility of selected categories. Access only applies to data in the current store.

After the permission is removed

After the permission is removed, the next protected request is denied. Previously saved changes and data are not reverted automatically.
