Allows details, type and the order item assigned to a return or exchange to be changed.

Sales → Returns and exchanges → Details
What you can do
- Save request data
- settlement details
- return or exchange type and the linked order item.
What you cannot do
- Change request status or delete a request.
Additional requirements
- Viewing returns and exchanges is needed to open the details and forms.
Data scope
Changes apply to one request and an item from its order in the current store.
After the permission is removed
The next details, type or item save is denied; changes saved earlier remain.
