View searches
An employee can view phrases searched by visitors of the current store and their aggregated effectiveness.

What you can do
- Filter phrases, inspect usage and result counts, and identify searches with no results.
What you cannot do
- Delete individual or multiple search-history entries.
- Change products, categories, or search behaviour.
Additional requirements
- The employee account must be active and the View searches permission must be assigned explicitly.
Data scope
Access covers phrases, source, counters, and last-use time stored only for the current store.
After the permission is removed
The next attempt to open or refresh search history is denied; stored phrases are not deleted.
