Orders

Purpose

Manage all orders with payment filters, full details, editable items and saved net and VAT amounts.

How it works

1. Filter the order list by all, paid or unpaid orders.
2. Review customer, delivery, payment and comment details.
3. Edit order items and customer or business details after submission.
4. Keep the net and VAT breakdown with the order snapshot.

Step-by-step configuration

1. Open Sales and select Orders.
2. Use payment filters to focus on orders that require action.
3. Select an order number to open details and editing.
4. Configure additional checkout fields under Settings and Orders.

Required permissions

• View orders
• Edit orders
• Change order status
• Edit order items

Access depends on enabled store features, the user role and permissions assigned in Team.
