Allows active and abandoned carts and their details to be viewed.

What you can do
- Read a cart's contact data
- status
- items
- quantities
- prices and linked order.
What you cannot do
- Delete carts or read the customer's IP address.
Additional requirements
- The active employee account must be explicitly assigned permission to view carts.
Data scope
Customer cart data is limited to the current store.
After the permission is removed
The next list or detail request is denied; carts remain unchanged.
