Change order status
Allows the fulfilment stage of one order or several selected orders to be changed.
Where to find it in the panel
Sales → Orders
What you can do
- Set an available fulfilment status in order details or in bulk from the order list.
What you cannot do
- Change payment status
- order data
- order items or delete orders.
Additional requirements
- Viewing orders is needed to select an order in the panel.
Data scope
The change applies to fulfilment status in the current store and records an order event.
After the permission is removed
The next status change is denied; statuses set earlier are not reverted.
