View settings
An employee can open the advanced settings page and see links to settings modules for which they have separate permissions.

Settings → Advanced
What you can do
- Open the advanced settings navigation page of the current store.
- See available links to modules allowed by other permissions.
What you cannot do
- Open or change configuration protected by another permission.
- Change account, team, integration, or store settings.
Additional requirements
- The employee account must be active and explicitly have the “View settings” permission.
Data scope
Access covers advanced settings navigation in the current store only and does not reveal protected configuration values.
After the permission is removed
Further access to the advanced settings page is denied; store configuration remains unchanged.
