Team and permissions

Purpose

Use Owner, Administrator and Employee roles with detailed permissions for individual actions.

How it works

1. Assign the Owner, Administrator or Employee role.
2. Let owners and administrators create employee accounts.
3. Grant access to individual actions through a permission matrix.

Step-by-step configuration

1. Open Settings and go to Team.
2. Create an employee account.
3. Select the actions available to that person in the permission matrix.

Required permissions

• View team
• Create employees
• Edit employees
• Change permissions
• Block employees
• Delete employees

Important information

Access depends on enabled store features, the user role and permissions assigned in Team.
